By purchasing or downloading any digital products made by ClipartCrush.com, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

• Any product or item that you create and distribute with our clipart must provide attribution and/or a clickable link back to ClipartCrush.com (Example: ‘Clipart by ClipartCrush!’).

• You may use our clipart to create commercial teaching products and/or ‘freebies.’ However, you must ensure that the graphics cannot be easily copied, extracted, downloaded, or shared. All documents created with these graphics must be flattened in a PDF form or protected in a way that does not allow for easy extraction of the graphic files. The products/freebies cannot just contain pages of the graphics ‘as is’ and nothing else. They must be used in conjunction with other elements, such as backgrounds, borders, or text in a role that supports a part of an activity or lesson, not the primary focus.

• You may use our clipart to create blog and website graphics, but you must combine them with other elements, such as backgrounds, borders, or text. You may not just post these graphics ‘as is.’ If you use our clipart for online graphics, then you must credit ClipartCrush with a clickable link on each page where the graphics are used. You may use our provided logo graphics or a simple, live html text link.

• You may not resell, share, or distribute our images ‘as is’. They must be used to create something unique and may not be combined with other digital artwork and resold as a graphics or clipart set (i.e. scrapbooking sets, stamps, software, brushes, actions, etc.).

• Our clipart can not be used to create products for public sale on print-on-demand websites. POD sites include, but are not limited to: Zazzle, Cafe Press, Vistaprint, Redbubble, Snapfish, Society6, Cowcow, Spreadshirt, etc.

• Purchasing our clipart does not mean that you own the graphics and you may not claim them as your own. You are purchasing a non-exclusive, royalty free license to use the images in your products and projects. ClipartCrush retains full copyright to all graphics and images.
